Our client in Newburgh, NY has an immediate need for a Chromebook Technician. Please note that this is a contract opportunity with our client and NOT with Core BTS.

Job Description

Core BTS is seeking an IT Technician for our client in Newburgh, NY to provide reimaging and chromebook support starting immediately through December.

Primary duties include:

• Chromebook support and reimaging
• Hardware repair / replacement
• Initial setup / configuration
• Driver / software upgrades
• Operating System / Application support
• System imaging
• Miscellaneous help desk ticket remediation

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of technical support experience, education, certifications, or a combination, along with a desire to learn and motivation to excel in a customer service-centric environment.

Experience and/or education in PC/Mac environments, Chromebooks, and personal devices is highly desired.
