Job Description

Core BTS seeks an IT Technician to provide Chromebook troubleshooting, repair and imaging in an education setting. The support technician will work under the direction of a Technology Manager.

Primary duties include:

• PC and peripheral support (i.e., computers, tablets, document cameras, interactive whiteboards, printers, etc.)
• Hardware repair / replacement
• Initial setup / configuration
• Driver / software upgrades
• Operating System / Application support
• System imaging
• Miscellaneous help desk ticket remediation

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of technical support experience, education, certifications, or a combination, along with a desire to learn and motivation to excel in a customer service-centric environment.

Experience and/or education in PC/Mac environments, Chromebooks, personal devices, and virtual environments are highly desired.
