The team drives transformation by collaborating closely with KYC SMEs and multiple other stakeholders to ensure efficient rollout and continuous improvement. .<h1>Your role in the Team's Success</h1>This role offers an excellent opportunity for a mid-level data professional to deepen their expertise in financial services analytics while working with modern data technologies and making a direct impact on customer experience and regulatory compliance. Your role will be pivotal in accelerating the client onboarding transformation by implementing and supporting new products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with KYC and Client Onboarding SMEs to configure and customize workflows for initial rollouts across multiple geographies, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. By driving continuous optimization of onboarding journeys, you will help enhance client experience and operational and, contributing directly to the success of the organization. <h1></h1><h1></h1><h1>What you'll do</h1><ul><li>Data Management & Analysis <ul><li>Collate, collect, and analyse large datasets from Oracle databases and GCP Big Data platforms </li></ul><ul><li>Design and execute complex SQL queries to join, aggregate, and filter data across multiple related tables </li></ul><ul><li>Navigate and understand complex data schemas to identify relevant data sources and relationships </li></ul><ul><li>Cleanse and standardize data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy </li></ul><ul><li>Create and maintain data models that support analytical requirements and business intelligence needs </li></ul><ul><li>Perform comprehensive data quality assessments and validation procedures </li></ul><ul><li>Develop automated data collection processes to improve efficiency and accuracy </li></ul>Visualization & Reporting <ul><li>Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Looker/PowerBI/Excel to communicate findings effectively </li></ul><ul><li>Transform complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights through data storytelling </li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain regular reporting frameworks for onboarding and KYC performance metrics </li></ul><ul><li>Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li></ul>Business Partnership & Domain Expertise <ul><li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand data infrastructure and identify optimization opportunities </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with business practitioners in onboarding and KYC departments to understand their analytical needs</span
