Senior Graphic Designer (Athens-based, on-site)

<p>PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer that will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across various platforms. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually impactful materials that resonate with our target audience.</p><p> </p><p>Duties and responsibilities </p><ul><ul> <li>Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing channels.</li> <li>Collaborate with corporate marketing &amp; communications, product marketing &amp; comms teams, HR to understand project requirements and objectives.</li> <li>Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for print, digital and branding assets including but not limited to brochures, presentations, event booths and collateral, advertising campaign assets, storyboards, logos and manuals.</li> <li>Execute end-to-end design processes, from ideation and conceptualization to final artworks and printing requirements towards our internal production team.</li> <li>Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.</li> <li>Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible &amp; adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones</li> <li>Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times</li> </ul></ul><p> </p><p>Minimum required skills and qualifications </p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand and identity</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including brand development and marketing collateral</li> <li>Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)</li> <li>Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout</li> <li>Experience working on corporate communications and marketing campaigns</li> <li>Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, <a href="https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.languagecert.org%2Fen%2Flanguage-exams%2Fenglish%2Flanguagecert-test-of-english-lte%2Fa1--c2-listening-and-reading&amp;data=04%7C01%7C%7Cba117b70ad8745359a0708d8c6ce6772%7Cc0361f96ae674f2fa5ac24b09156923b%7C0%7C0%7C637477937092693035%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=CBRiw1MomYn%2BtCWK8L4%2BNpLXF%2B2MN0TfIsnAX%2BTUu4k%3D&amp;reserved=0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"><strong>LanguageCert C2 LTE</strong></a> or <a href="https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.languagecert.org%2Fen%2Flanguage-exams%2Fenglish%2Flanguagecert-international-esol%2Fc2-mastery-2285&amp;data=04%7C01%7C%7Cba117b70ad8745359a0708d8c6ce6772%7Cc0361f96ae674f2fa5ac24b09156923b%7C0%7C0%7C637477937092693035%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=ZxKZuaknIAl44b0Tdqd0LE6KhK7OcCIKTfydlOSqotA%3D&amp;reserved=0" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"><strong>C2 IESOL</strong></a> certificate would be a plus)</li> <li>Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills</li> <li>Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment</li> <li>Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage</li> </ul><p></p><p>Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)</p><p>Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.</p><ul><li>If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:</li></ul><p>o   A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check</p><p>o   Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)</p><p>o   HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)</p><p>o   Financial background check</p><p>o   Employment reference check</p><p>If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.</p><p> </p><p><em>PeopleCert re
