Would you like to join a team with a passion for electronics and work on complex, high-density digital boards in the space and airborne sectors?</p><p>The SAR Product team is seeking an outstanding, self-motivated Firmware Engineer to contribute to the development of Active Antennas for airborne and space SAR instruments. You will join a multi- skilled team to manage technical projects.<strong></strong><br/></p><p><strong>What will be your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Technical Project Management – Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with requirements.</li> <li>Active Antenna RF Front-end Design – Design RF front-end boards for active antennas.</li> <li>Subcontractor Oversight – Monitor and manage subcontracted RF board design and production.</li> <li>Development &amp; Specification – Participate in the development, specification, and testing phases.</li> <li>Testing &amp; Validation – Conduct fine-tuning and validation to ensure performance compliance.</li> <li>Design Justification – Perform design justification activities and participate in milestone design reviews.</li> <li>Innovation &amp; Optimization – Propose technical innovations in RF system design and testing.</li> <li>Compliance Management – Ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards.</li> <li>Knowledge Sharing &amp; Training – Share expertise and contribute to training new recruits.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>Profile and requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Educational Background</strong> – Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (5 years of higher education)</li> <li><strong>Extensive Experience</strong> – 10+ years of experience in:<ul> <li>Designing electronic chips (GaN and SiGe MMICs)</li> <li>Developing microwave amplifiers (PA, LNA)</li> <li>Designing and integrating active antennas</li> <li>Overseeing subcontracted RF board production</li> </ul></li> <li><strong>Industry Passion</strong> – Strong interest in the aviation and/or space industries.</li> <li><strong>Radar Expertise</strong> – Keen interest and experience in radar technology and systems.</li> </ul><p><em>Soft Skills &amp; Language Requirements</em></p><ul> <li>Quick Learner &amp; Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies</li> <li>Problem-Solving &amp; Analytical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Passion for Space &amp; Innovation: Enthusiastic about space technology and advancements</li> <li>Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in French and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages</li> <li>Location Based : Toulouse </li> </ul><p><strong>What we have to offer you:</strong></p><ul> <li>An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference;</li> <li>Salary Compatible with the level of proven experience.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Do you want to know more about us ?</p><p>Visit our LinkedIn page at <a href="
