These ‘Control Centre Solutions’ are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, air defence) and Public Safety & Transport (police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic and railways). With headquarters in Vienna, the company employs more than 2200 people worldwide, with subsidiaries, regional offices and representatives in over 50 countries. 
In Cluj we started in 2009 and our local team currently has 220+ colleagues and is growing.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and to build foundational skills in human resources, while working closely with experienced HR professionals. Key Tasks
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and other platforms to proactively reach out to candidates.
  • Craft and send engaging outreach messages to potential candidates.
  • Support talent pipelines by maintaining and updating candidate databases.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, report preparation, and process tracking.
  • Assist in preparing HR presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal purposes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, internal events, and company-wide programs.
  • Provide support for health & safety initiatives, including documentation, training coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives as needed across various HR functions.

Key Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, recruitment, and people operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS tools, or HR systems is an advantage.
  • Comfortable supporting administrative tasks, preparing presentations, and assisting with events and employee programs.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in HR compliance, health & safety, or workplace policies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support various HR initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
