We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Community Connector to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, results-driven individual who is passionate about building and nurturing relationships. You will be responsible for growing and engaging our online community while driving sales through our affiliate program.
You will manage, moderate and engage with community members across various platforms. You will also be responsible for launching our affiliate program, recruiting new affiliates, and ensuring that they are effectively promoting our products or services.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our affiliates, clients, and prospects, and will work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and online marketing strategies to grow our community of users and evangelists.
- Build and manage relationships with community members, influencers, and partners, as well as with affiliates.
- Launch, attract, and recruit members of the community to participate in an affiliate program designed to acquire users and clients for Collective[i]’s applications.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary resources and support to effectively promote our products or services.
- Create and manage engaging content for The Modern Sale, blogs, and forums including our Discord channel.
- Monitor and moderate online discussions and comments to ensure a safe and positive community experience.
- Identify and report on community insights, trends, and feedback to internal teams while staying up-to-date with social media, community management, and affiliate program trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, and sales to align community efforts and affiliate program initiatives with business goals.
- Track and analyze community and affiliate program metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of community initiatives and campaigns.
- Develop and execute other engagement strategies (e.g. event series, online forums, ambassador programs, newsletters, thought leadership opportunities) for our ICP to drive engagement and growth.
Requirements:
- Will measure your success by the revenue and engagement your efforts yield. Examples of where you have successfully driven sales through affiliate marketing and/or community engagement is helpful.
- Communicating effectively and frequently with our users will be essential. We will be looking for an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who is adept at scaling themselves using generative AI.
- There is never enough time. Our market moves fast, which requires the ability to develop a strategy, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be highly organized in setting priorities.
- We use science and data to make decisions. You should have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting relevant community metrics (e.g. attendance at events, website traffic from events, and online engagement.)
- It takes a village (ie, you) to build a community. Any experience you can show in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating and managing an event series, or writing an email newsletter) will help us assess that you can build and engage ours.
- Collaboration is key with our team and our community which requires the ability to build and sustain relationships.
