Bilingual Community Outreach Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time energetic and self-motivated professional who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team as a Community Outreach Specialist in Long Beach.

 

This Position is responsible for developing and rebuilding relationships with partners and contracts.

 

We are seeking hungry enthusiastic individuals who want to learn, grow and produce results!

 

This is not a remote position

Responsibilities

• Educate the public and community of Cambrian Homecare’s services
• Coordinates with Sales Director to ensure alignment of outreach activities
• Manage CRM platform
• Design, implement and manage strategies for referral source market penetration.
• Create additional marketing tools such as updating/revising current collateral, power point presentations and other marketing materials
• Manage social media platforms with fresh content and engage new followers
• Collaborate with existing and engage new community partners to encourage new referrals
• Set goals for weekly outreach while also ensuring ongoing marketing activities;
• Meet with Division Manager and Executive Management to provide regular reports on outreach and production and bring in new ideas/ways to market services beyond existing company efforts;
• Other duties as required by Management and Supervisor

Qualifications

• Valid Driver License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills is required, must be organized and reliable.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age or older
• Punctuality and excellent attendance required
• Valid driver license and vehicle in working condition with current liability insurance
• Eligible for employment in the United States
• Ability to pass a background and reference check
