Business Analyst III

Overview

As a Business Analyst III, you’ll contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help transform the WinShape Foundation's financial applications. You will be the trusted partner between the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) department and the WinShape Foundation, learning about WinShape's financial business processes and requirements, achieving their goals, and making shared dreams a reality.

 

In this role, your primary focus will be on the WinShape Foundation's financial service capabilities and processes, however, you may also support other functional capabilities for WinShape and related organizations. You will partner with professionals with Financial Services staff, WinShape Foundation staff, and DTT staff.

 

This role requires working independently, working with limited supervision, and working with more latitude for unreviewed action or decision in areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional and technical team members (e.g., Financial Services professionals, software engineers,enterprise architects)
• Perform work with minimal supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters
• Has appreciable latitude for unreviewed action or decision
• Possess broad functional and technical knowledge (e.g., understands Order-to-Cash;understands integration components)
• Document functional and technical knowledge and cross-train
• Strategize future work (e.g., develop plans/roadmaps; prioritize; improve people, process, and technology)
• Assist with software/vendor selections (e.g., request for proposal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing a beginning-to-end software implementation
• Experience in vendor management and software selection
