Overview

Gilbane is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be an essential team member who will manage the administrative functions of the recruitment process and develop close partnerships with the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates as we strive to achieve our hiring goals. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner with the recruiting team to support recruiting activities and to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly. This includes posting open positions to job boards, scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, handling last-minute scheduling changes, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and smoothing over any other speed bumps in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the review of applications and screening of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
  • Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling and follow-up; qualifies and refers candidates for additional interviews with other members of the hiring team
  • Performs recruiting tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including posting new positions, corresponding with and dispositioning candidates, generating offer letters, issuing approvals, etc
  • Tracks and generate reports on various recruiting metrics; performs regular audits in iCIMS to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with the administrative duties of our College Recruitment program
  • Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to place job advertisements and source/ identify potential candidates
  • Ensures compliance with OFCCP and Gilbane recruiting policies
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience, with the ideal candidate having full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Customer service oriented, with exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices, with demonstrated success in coordinating recruiting activities
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems (iCIMS desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to audi
