EquipmentShare is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to work out of our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Recruiters to keep EquipmentShare’s ATS (Greenhouse) system up to date with current positions and updated job descriptions.
- Support the Recruiting team and hiring managers by sending out DISC assessments, driver disclosure forms to candidates.
- Manage offer letters to the pre-boarding pipeline for all new hires.
- At times, attend career fairs (local and out of state travel may be required) and other marketing events in which an ES representative needs to be present.
- At times, help schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage prospect candidates in Greenhouse.
- Coordinate travel for candidates coming to corporate for interviews.
- Close out positions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.
- May conduct phone screens when needed.
- Facilitate I-9 processing with hiring managers.
- Serve as customer service for HRIS (UKG/Workday) system enrollment with new employees.
- Help with ordering of new hire swag kits, business cards and credit cards.
- Upload necessary agreements into the HRIS (UKG/Workday) system for storage.
- Work with hiring managers across the country on other pre-boarding tasks.
- Craft emails and communicate policies for new hires.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail - you don’t miss a thing!
- Must have prior experience in a related role
- A background in HR or customer service is helpful
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to calmly tackle daily challenges
- Must have attention to detail and be highly organized with great follow-through
- Knowledge of Google Suite (email, sheets etc.)
- Ability to use spreadsheets with ease
- Not afraid to learn new techniques and work in a constantly changing environment
- Must be ok with change - every day is different!
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, or GED required. College degree preferred
- Past customer service experience required
- Past work in a fast paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods
