Senior Infrastructure Manager Europe & Middle East

We are seeking for highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead our Europe infrastructure team in our new IT Infrastructure Competency center in Asti, Italy.

In this role, you will take on managerial responsibility related to all infrastructure systems, leading a team of 10 across various European locations and supporting 14 sites within the respected scope.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Manage Infrastructure Team in Europe, with overview also on the Cybersecurity activities

• Define, implement and support services and solutions for WAN, LAN, SDWAN, Cloud Services (Manly Microsoft Azure), and cybersecurity at both regional and site levels, aligning with company standards.

• Define / Manage Endpoint configurations, Software Deployment, based on Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, M365, EntraID - in coordination with the IT Operations Team

• Support and manage IT Security certifications (IE ISO 27001, TISAX, etc), in coordination with the other Teams

• Maintaining business relationships with internal customers from all divisions and locations in Europe

• Management of IT Infrastructure Operating Expenses and Capital Expenses

• Assuring that provided solutions and services follow business requirements with value added at competitive cost

• Management of Mission Critical service levels provided by the regional Data Center and Cloud Services operations and service levels provided by the critical service providers

• Maintain Infrastructure Hardware and Software components up to date with appropriate service contracts

• Provide technical solutions to procure relevant Infrastructure equipment in coordination with Supply Chain function

• Align with Cybersecurity standard within Europe and Middle East scope

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Relevant experience of minimum 10 years in matching roles within the industrial environment

• People management experience in an international environment with multicultural team

• Project management experience is needed in order to deliver new infrastructure solutions with lean PM techniques

• Strong ability to understand related business applications needs (SLAs, Criticality…)

• Experience in implementation of centralized cloud computing architecture and rationalization of distributed infrastructure

• Proficient English language skill mandatory, in addition to basic Italian language skills

• Proficient communication and leadership skills, coupled with hands-on affinity

• Strong technical and analytical skills, associated with troubleshooting principles

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
