Your Purpose 

As our Sr. Product Designer, you will work to simplify financial services in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and enable financial inclusion. You will create innovative and user-friendly products that help us to become Latin America’s most loved crypto company.

Product Design Director

Who You Are 

• Fluent in English. 
• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in web/mobile design.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• An exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems (please share a link to your portfolio with us).
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience in stakeholder management and great communication skills.
• Experience in driving an end-to-end design process communicating design decisions to cross-functional partners, and negotiating for a final result that works for the business and users.
• Experience discovering solutions through research and user testing (sharing prototypes with customers and internal stakeholders).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working on investment products — nice to have.
• Experience leading UX research initiatives.
• Experience with Service Design is nice to have.

What You Will Do 

• Create a world-class user experience.
• Leverage data and business metrics to prototype experiences and make decisions.
• Frame our users’ flows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the research team to identify users’ needs
• Extend and enhance our design system patterns.
• Monitor our design tasks and documentation.
• Share findings and ideas with multiple stakeholders.
• Review work from your teammates and provide mindful and actionable feedback.
