As Sr. Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the entire Ingram Micro Warehouse in Tilburg. In your role, you will manage, direct, and provide leadership across Ingram Micro supply chain operations across the Benelux to further optimize the customer experience.

You will lead, manage, and develop 7 direct reports and approximately 147 associates/temps performing warehousing services for our core go-to-market verticals in Technology Solutions with a focus on cost, customer quality and reliability.

You will work and report directly to the Director Operations Nordics & Benelux, Carsten Braunschweig.

• Being responsible for the daily planning of work concerning the Shipping, Receiving & Returns, Quality, Config, Facilities, IT and Operations Development departments based on the derived annual objectives.
• Inspiring, leading and coaching the warehouse team to deliver maximum performance.

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and implement measures to ensure order processing accuracy.
• Leading the daily operations and are responsible for achieving KPIs and long-term plans.

• Analyzing expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
• Analyzing operational data and preparing reports to monitor performance as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
• Replacing the Director of Operations Benelux during his absence.
• Developing and implementing LEAN processes and systems to streamline workflow and improve overall operational efficiency.

Your expertise shows...

• A bachelor’s level of education and thinking.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience within in a similar logistics working environment.
• Strong proven financial experience.
• Proven expertise in Lean methodology thinking.
• Track record management skills, change and project management.
• Relevant work experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent command of the Dutch and English language in both speech and writing.
