Senior Investment Manager - Mirova

<p>You will join the energy transition infrastructure team, actively contributing to the deployment and management of funds invested in assets and companies in the renewable energy production sector, energy storage, mobility, energy efficiency and hydrogen.</p> <p>Your day-to-day tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Search for and execute investment opportunities: analysis of opportunities, management of the investment committee process involving cross-functional internal functions (middle-office, legal, compliance, risk, etc.);</li> <li>Supervise the bidding and due diligence processes leading an internal resource team (trainees, analysts, associates, managers) and external;</li> <li>Negotiate the transaction documentation with stakeholders;</li> <li>Follow the companies in the portfolio and attend the representation of the Fund in the governance bodies of the invested entities;</li> <li>Contribute to the creation of value of assets under management and preparation of the reporting to investors of the Fund, as well as participating in investor meetings and the general meeting of the Fund;</li> <li>Contribute to fundraising initiatives and new product development.</li> </ul> <p>As a Senior Investment Manager you are expected to show leadership in performing the above tasks, orchestrating the work of the project team and ensuring that you grow the team members.
