<h2>Job Description</h2><p></p><h2>Who we're looking for</h2><p></p><p>Zendesk is looking for a hardworking data annotator to support the research and development efforts of our Machine Learning group. This is a part time (20h) 6 months contract. The candidate should have excellent English domain and communication skills, and will be responsible to categorize our data and to provide feedback to our team, having a crucial contribution in the improvement of our software.</p><p></p><h2>What you’ll be doing</h2><ul><li><p>Analyse and categorization of customer service data</p></li><li><p>Sharing knowledge and questions with the team, contributing to a more efficient team and a better work environment</p></li><li><p>Contributing to the categorization process, suggesting improvements</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What you bring to the role</h2><h3>Required experience:</h3><ul><li><p>English reading proficiency</p></li><li><p>Friendly, positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team</p></li></ul><h3>Preferred requirements:</h3><ul><li><p>Experience in a customer service environment</p></li><li><p>Domain of other languages such as Portuguese, French, German or Spanish</p></li><li><p>Some understanding of how supervised learning algorithms work</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>The intelligent heart of customer experience<br/>Zendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
