About the RoleWorking within our Data Science Team, we are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to conduct research, analyze data, and leverage our data factory to maintain accurate data in our systems. This role is ideal for dreamers and problem solvers, with a passion for empowering our customers with solutions that drive sales enablement, greatly improving the collaboration between our customers and the people who are mission-critical to their organization. Core Functions of the Role:

  • Undertake in-depth research into key entities within the realms of federal, state, and local government sectors.
  • Execute comprehensive data collection and analysis with a focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure the acquisition and maintenance of current and accurate information as directed by Team Leads.
  • Employ advanced data analysis techniques to discern patterns, derive insights, and identify data quality discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to appraise data quality, contributing to enhancements in data completeness.
  • Synthesize data findings into coherent and compelling reports for diverse stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and manage projects within the data factory environment, advising on best practices for optimal outcomes.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an interest in federal, state, and local government
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical research
  • Experience serving as a project manager, leading and/or taking initiative driving a project from ideation to implementation or completion
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in conducting sophisticated web-based research
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or other data management systems
  • Demonstrated capacity to interpret complex data findings and effectively communicate actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • Practical knowledge of data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
