As our second external Sales leadership hire following our Chief Growth Officer, this is an unprecedented opportunity for someone who thrives in a start-up environment. You’ll be able to make a huge contribution to revenue growth, organizational development, and sales process.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in accelerating our growth by leveraging your extensive experience and proven track record of success in fintech SaaS sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities with Financial institutions with staff between 200 & 2,000 employees while building strong client relationships and closing deals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet clients' needs and expectations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients within community financial institutions (mid-sized banks & credit unions), cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Understand and communicate our SaaS products’ value proposition to clients.

• Actively look to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

• Mentor and support junior sales team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years of successful fintech SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong network of contacts within the banking and credit union industry.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
