As part of the North American, Marketing Strategic Operations and Enablement Team, this role will support the Digital Asset Management in US and Canada of Adobe Experience Manager Assets and perform tasks related to asset ingestion, rights management, metadata integrity, end user access, training and support, and platform maintenance. This role requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and experience with DAM platforms, metadata tagging, and creative workflows. Familiarity with rights management, SEO principles, and collaboration with technology teams is essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail, adaptable, and skilled in troubleshooting, training, and providing exceptional user support. Key responsibilities include organizing and categorizing all content within the DAM process. Catalogue assets, metadata management and optimize metadata. Lead user access management, training and reporting, Support the broader team with user support related to enablement operations.
The Business Mgmt Analyst III provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
Depth & Scope:
- Experienced professional role providing specialized guidance/ assistance to function supported
- Focuses on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters
- Independently performs tasks from end to end
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree
- 3 + years relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with information organization such as tagging content, metadata, and cataloguing taxonomy
- Intermediate knowledge of creative workflows and file formats
- Knowledge of talent contracts, rights management and media usage rights
- Knowledge of digital asset management platforms
- Sound understanding of taxonomy, metadata standards and tagging
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, manage change and ambiguity
- Working with marketing teams, creative studios, and/or multimedia content
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Experience translating business needs into technology requirements.
- Experience in/or knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with Adobe AEM Sites and Assets, Adobe Workfront, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with rights management (licenses, copyrights, usage rights, release forms).
- Knowledge or background in information and records management and/or library sciences.
Customer Accountabilities:
- Provides specialized business management related advice/support to management / leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization with industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness; understand trends, identify issues and opportunities and provide recommended action to management
- Leads on the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy
- Manages a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
- Supports / manages the integrated implementation of policies/processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas
- Provides subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization, and where necessary participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation activities
