And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of the humanities.   <strong>Our People </strong>At IE we are: <ul> <li>People-driven</li> <li>Change Builders</li> <li>Autonomy Enthusiasts</li> <li>Communication Enthusiasts</li> <li>Knowledge Champions</li> </ul>We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in <strong>Madrid - IE Tower.</strong> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <strong>Your role as Analyst will involve:</strong> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update job positions in the HR System (Dynamics 365), ensuring consistency with job architecture and organizational structure. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor and reconcile actual headcount vs. approved budgeted positions; proactively track and report deviations or anomalies. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the annual HR budgeting processes, including data consolidation and report preparation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Regularly update and maintain the organizational structure in the HR system, reflecting changes in reporting lines, departments, or headcount. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Design and generate HR dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), providing relevant insights for decision-making. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support salary reviews and internal equity evaluations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate in the preparation of compensation and organizational structure reports and presentations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support audits and compliance processes related to compensation, benefits, and HR metrics. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide support in job evaluation. </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <strong>To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:</strong>  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related field. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in an HR analytics, compensation, or budgeting role. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Workday). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, and organizational structures. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Fluent in English and Spanish. </li> </ul> Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
