Global Quality Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

As a Global Quality Program Manager at Lam, you’re not just overseeing projects – you’re contributing to Lam’s Digital Transformation journey. Your role is vital in the successful integration between our new Quality Management System platform and our legacy platforms.

 

In this role, you will be a key contributor to Lam’s Digital Transformation journey and Global Quality initiatives. 

 

What You’ll Do

• Support Digital Transformation Workstream Team Leaders and our Quality Managment System (QMS) Product Manager in the integration of Quality deliverables in the Digital Transformation (DT) Program
• Manage requirements to reduce disparate systems via integration to new QMS platform
• Partner with adjacent system stakeholders to understand business process changes and establish system requirements
• Use a variety of data analysis techniques and organizational tools to discover the most impactful insights within the Quality Workstream
• Contribute to master data strategy between QMS and other systems considering Critical Data Elements-CDE, and Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive-MECE, etc...

Other Job Responsibilities

• Optimize process design, deployment, execution, and measurement of Lam’s Quality improvement and problem-solving processes
• Support Quality System enhancement based on new technology needs identified by value stream and process mapping
• Deliver change management for program areas that is sustainable for long-term success
• Be an Agent of Change for the organization and a Champion for Lam’s Quality culture

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
