About this job:
Provides direct management and supervision of department staff, including area managers and personnel responsible for the care and cleaning of district buildings and assets. Ensures consistent, efficient, and compliant custodial operations across five geographical areas. Supports Senior Leadership in implementing custodial standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Collaborates to maintain and update custodial standards, ensures consistent hiring and corrective action processes, and plays a key role in developing the departments supervisor program and delivering professional development for custodial staff.

• Oversees the implementation of safety programs and maintains accurate operational records
• Communicates clearly and effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors
• Prioritizes and executes operational projects based on organizational needs
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's or relevant work experience minimum required.
- Five to seven (7) years of experience progressively responsible positions in public institution, plant management, facility operations, maintenance and housekeeping programs that includes personnel management
- Two years experience managing major facility management functions

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
