We are seeking a dynamic Community and Customer Marketer to drive our educational initiatives and engage our global community of Wi-Fi professionals. This role combines public speaking, content creation, and technical expertise to deliver impactful webinars, training, and marketing content that showcase Ekahau’s solutions.Expectations for SuccessWebinars and Public Engagement
- Serve as a Webinar Co-Host, collaborating with subject matter experts to create and deliver engaging and educational sessions.
- Develop compelling webinar content, ensuring alignment with Ekahau’s messaging and technical accuracy.
- Represent Ekahau as a public speaker at conferences, delivering presentations that inspire and educate the Wi-Fi community.
- Act as an emcee at conferences, facilitating a fun and professional atmosphere during live events.
- Act as a liaison between the product team and the customer-facing teams, providing feedback and insights to support development.
- Oversee ECSE (Ekahau Certified Solutions Engineer) Program Management, ensuring a world-class training experience for participants.
- Lead ECSE curriculum development, keeping content up-to-date with the latest in Wi-Fi technology and Ekahau solutions.
- Produce Ekahau training videos, demonstrating product functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices for Wi-Fi professionals.
- Create product marketing videos for social media, highlighting Ekahau solutions in a visually engaging and technically accurate manner.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify Ekahau’s presence on digital platforms.
- Video editing and post-production for marketing and educational materials.
- Wi-Fi expertise, demonstrated through professional experience and certifications (CWNE preferred).
- Proven experience with public speaking, webinars, or live event hosting.
- Strong video editing skills, including knowledge of tools like Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members throughout the organization and with external partners and the broader Wi-Fi community.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and creative teams to produce high-quality content.
- Ability to travel for conferences and internal meetings.
- Certifications: CWNE and ECSE Design, Troubleshooting, and Advanced (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with influencers or managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- A passion for Wi-Fi technology and enabling professionals to succeed in the field.
