Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Models team, this position focuses on expanding networks, cultivating relationships, and maximizing revenue streams. With a keen eye for talent and a knack for strategic networking, this role drives the success of the Models team within the global IMG network. </span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span>Identify and coordinate suitable commercial opportunities for Models, drawing upon international expertise. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Cultivate and establish new relationships to expand the Models team's network. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Collaborate strategically with colleagues in the Models and Fashion department at our Los Angeles office to maximize revenue and commercial potential. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Work closely with counterparts in other Models offices within IMG globally, aligning with broader projects and organizational objectives. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Contribute to the development of digital prospects for existing models, influencers, and crossover talent.  </span></span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><span><b><u>You Have These:</u></b> </span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span>Proficiency in marketing fashion clientele portfolios. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Familiarity with social media platforms and digital networking. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Demonstrated strength in networking, fostering beneficial connections. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Aptitude for identifying lucrative modeling prospects. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Ability to collaborate effectively across departments within Models, IMG Fashion, and the wider Endeavor group. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>7 years' experience in major fashion markets, with a preference for international exposure. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Multilingual abilities are advantageous.  </span></span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><span><b><u>We’d Love If You Also Have These:</u></b>  </span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span> Extensive knowledge of global markets. </span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Proficient in computer applications such as Excel and Adobe. </span></span></span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><span><b><u>How we work:</u></b>  </span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>Endeavor is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
