About the role
<p>The Senior <strong>HR Business Partner</strong> role is aligned to Consult Red office/operation in Poland, working closely with senior leaders and employees, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organisational development, and training. In conjunction with the VP of HR, the HR Business Partner will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with senior leadership in Poland, and in conjunction with VP of HR, to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices to support the Polish business.</li> <li>Offer thought leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution.</li> <li>Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.</li> <li>Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development, compensation, and organisational development.</li> <li>Collaborate with the global HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.</li> <li>Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.</li> <li>Lead core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).</li> <li>Analyse/interpret employee data (e.g. compensation, job levels, attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions</li> <li>Work on value-add programs in areas of eg training, development, career mobility, and job performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in human resources or equivalent experience.</li> <li>A minimum of 5 years’ of experience in a HR Business Partner role.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in a variety of HR functional areas, especially organisation development, change management, and employee relations</li> <li>A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable employment law, Polish labour code, and terms and conditions.</li> <li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Permanent employment contract from the start at 15,000 - 18,000 PLN gross</li> <li>Hybrid working</li> <li>Indefinite time contract from the start</li> <li>A twice-yearly company bonus scheme</li> <li>26 days' holiday as standard, rising an extra day for every calendar year you stay with us (up to a maximum of 31 days)</li> <li>A broad benefits' package including private medical care and a cafeteria of benefits</li> <li>3 sick days off paid 100% every time you are ill, no need for L4 to cover this</li> <li>Opportunities to train, develop and grow, as well as learn from talented colleagues</li> <li>Flexibility in your working hours and home office</li> </ul>
