The <strong>Transaction SLA</strong> team is now looking for a skilled and motivated <strong>Senior Transaction Manager</strong> for the Business Unit<strong> Offshore Wind</strong>. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our offshore wind projects, while making a significant impact on the global transition to clean energy.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Business Area Wind</strong> is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.</p><p>Offshore Development’s role is to identify, develop and win the  best offshore projects with a strong integrated solution design. Within Offshore Development, the <strong>Transaction SLA</strong> (Service Level Agreements) team is responsible for a number of entities and agreements with our partners, from development management agreements to operation management agreements.   </p><p><br/> <strong>What will you do? </strong></p><p>As a Transaction Manager, we offer you an exciting position where you will negotiate contracts that binds agreements together with our partners. You will have a broad understanding of offshore wind projects starting with the development of a project and continuing with construction, operations and management services.</p><p>Your tasks and responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Prepare operational concepts to be implemented in SLA contracts</li><li>Negotiate SLA contracts</li><li>Manage internal and external stakeholders including financial, legal, and technical advisors</li><li>Assume full responsibility of specific work packages or workstreams</li><li>Prepare commercial models for contracts</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>The work location is Kolding in Denmark. Travelling should be expected.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who are you? </strong><br/> To be successful in this role, you have a strategic and analytical mindset, and are able to make sense of complex information in order to effectively solve problems. The position requires balancing requirements from different stakeholders with different agendas. Thus, you will need to analyze the situation and plan for what is needed to find common ground. You are able to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty and integrity.</p><p><br/> Next to this you bring: </p><ul><li>A thorough understanding of how an offshore windfarm operates</li><li>Experience in identifying and quantifying cost, risk and revenue drivers and ability to implement them in the SLA contracts</li><li>Strong project management and communication skills</li><li>Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts for offshore projects</li><li>Experience in driving projects through a number of approval gates with different stakeholders</li><li>4-8 years’ experience (Corporate or Advisory)</li><li>A Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Law or other relevant field of study</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our offer </strong><br/> Good remuneration, a challenging and international work environment, and the possibility to work with some of the best in the field.
