Lead Generation and Sales Ops Associate (Remote)

Today, LearnWorlds has c.7500 customers in more than 130 countries with 40% of them coming from the US.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound lead generation targets based on segmentation criteria.
• Have ownership of Sales Tech Operations including tech stack workflow implementation across existing and new revenue processes.
• Support in cross-departmental tech operations.
• Support in the reporting part of sales operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve, automate and speed up any part of the outbound prospecting procedure, emphasizing lead generation automation.
• Progressively become the key member of the Sales team with regards to tech stack and ICPs/personas.

Requirements

• Experience with common sales tech stack including CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Can handle with accuracy loads of admin work and progressively automate them.
• Research and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Be tech-savvy enough to explain what an API is to multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science is nice to have but not necessary
