The key responsibilities in the role includes:

Advising the SVP and the leadership team on a wide range of topics

Strategic planning

Managing operations

Overseeing strategic projects / programs

Coordinating with other Practices / Countries / Executives

Coordinating with external parties (customers, partners…)

Continuous improvement and problem-solving

Strategic Communication

Who You Are

Acts in an advisory capacity to the SVP; provides insight and analysis to run the business.

Facilitates the business unit management review processes and system.

Provides a broad range of operational support to the business unit leader.

Needs knowledge also in all Business Operation CoEs.
