Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Independently managing and planning deployments of our digital products in a Customer Interaction environment
• Establishing, leading and developing a project management team
• Managing (technical) interdependencies between different initiatives and projects in order to raise the business value for our ALDI stores and customers
• Actively shaping our “ways of working”

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree with a focus on information technology
• Experience in leading and developing employees and managing external service providers
• Creative approach to solving problems with the ability to focus on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• Assertive, committed team player with strong communication skills
• Fluency in English

 

Desirable extras.

• Good understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience in working with scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
• Experiences with IT Projects
