<p><strong>ArcelorMittal Business  Center of Excellence is looking for a Candidate for a position of </strong></p> <p><strong>                                                          AP Senior Specialist with German</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer service in German and English in the AP (P2P) process</li> <li>Invoice posting</li> <li>Credit note encoding</li> <li>Reconciling invoices (linking invoice with receipt)</li> <li>Processing reminders from suppliers</li> <li>Checking invoice status</li> <li>Maintain contact with clients via e-mail and phone</li> <li>Cooperation with other departments</li> <li>Building and maintaining positive relations with the client</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Higher education level, preferably economics, accounting or finance / At least Bachelor’s degree (preferably economic, in the field of finance and accounting)</li> <li>Very good knowledge of German – level B2/C1</li> <li>Good knowledge of English – level B1 </li> <li>Good knowledge of MS Excel</li> <li>SAP knowledge welcomed</li> <li>Experience in the Liability Department (AP/PTP)</li> <li>High personal culture in contacts with customers</li> <li>Analytical thinking skills</li> <li>Flexibility</li> <li>High communication skills</li> </ul> <p></p> ArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 16 countries.
