We grow together!</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li><p>As Technical Consultant for any process area (for example O2C) you collaborate with members of the development team to understand, design, implement and deploy customer requirements for the SAP S/4HANA Transformation of Bosch Mobility Solutions</p></li><li><p>You work closely with the IT Product Owner and provide consulting on technical questions like architectural patterns, development principles as well as deployment topics</p></li><li><p>You work towards creating synergies across different solutions to ensure a consistent technical approach</p></li><li><p>You advocate SAP standard solutions and adhere to Boschs S/4HANA guiding principles</p></li><li><p>You work together with the process experts to translate customer requirements inio efficient solutions and help design modern, up-to-dale and upgrade-safe SAP solutions in close collaboration with the development team</p></li><li><p>Furthermore, you constantly increase your own knowledge and skills in regard to latest technologies around SAP ERP and adjacent technologies like </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Profound understanding of the customer as well as know-how of SAP domain and technology</li><li>Proficient in requirement management</li><li>Solid understanding the technical basis of the product</li><li>Best practices and tooling know-how<br/> work experience with agile methodologies in software development</li><li>&gt;1 year of leadership experience in the area of SAP and any process area (for example O2C)</li><li>Cooperative, positive, entrepreneurial, agile, and future oriented mindset</li><li>Strong Customer first mindset</li><li>Result driven towards delivering maximum product value</li><li>Highly resilient, self-reflected, empathetic, and strong communicator</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
