Your new job includes

As Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) you will further develop individual fields of action of the sustainability strategy for all CR-relevant fields such as climate strategy and emission reduction according to the Paris Climate Agreement as well as Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Waste Management & Packaging, Circular Economy, product portfolio (ingredients, packaging, supply chain etc.) and furthermore, accompany them.

In particular, you will

• lead own projects and sub-projects as well as develop overarching strategic concepts for the Heinemann Group on various CR-relevant topics.
• introduce and install processes and KPIs and develop procedures for dealing with the respective CR field of action in the future
• develop goals and measures, based on the overall strategy, through support together with the CR team for Sales, Supply Chain, EK, etc. as well as external stakeholders such as associations, MDs/CEOs, etc.
• redesign and further develop the CR fields of action (e.g. Waste & Packaging) for the Heinemann Group in cooperation with the Head of CR and make own decisions on partial aspects of these (e.g. target setting for climate strategy).
• further develop Group-wide sustainability reporting (UNGC, GRI, CSRD) 2030 and beyond, 2040, 2050 (e.g. NetZero strategy for GH in connection with SBTi Commitment) in the long term

Preferred Profile

• Completed studies with several years of practical experience in CR-relevant or comparable areas 
• Extensive knowledge of the travel market 
• Experience in project management and in controlling multiple work streams
• Business fluent in German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• High degree of self-initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
• Interest in geopolitical contexts that have an impact on the travel behavior and sustainability understanding of different nationalities/countries
