Director, Strategic Account Management

What does a successful Director, Strategic Account Management do at Fiserv?

You will be responsible for ensuring top level customer service for the organization’s largest, most sophisticated Enterprise Corporate clients, across lines of business.

As Fiserv’s primary day-to-day contact with these clients, as well as the Corporate Strategic RM organization, you will play a meaningful role in providing seamless, high-quality service and support, while thinking and acting strategically to help grow existing client relationships, achieve revenue growth goals and retain business.

What you will do:

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and coaching to account management team
• Ensure continuous development of team talent
• Serve as a point of escalation for client issues that are not being effectively or efficiently resolved within other teams or at other levels in the organization
• Partner with key teams across a wide variety of functions (TAM, Solutions Consultants, IT, product, card brand compliance, implementations, operations, CCO and others) to continually improve the quality of Fiserv solutions and service delivery to our most strategic clients
• Own the revenue retention and client retention objectives for the enterprise account management portfolio

• Conduct regular outreach with clients; document client pain points, strategies and existing processes; maintain thorough and detailed account plan, meeting follow up and overall partner contractual status

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5 years’ experience in large strategic account relationship management
• Prior experience within a direct leadership role
• Travel required up to 50%

What will be great to have:

• Graduate degree in a related field
• Knowledge of the payments industry
• Experience leading senior level associates and teams

Salary Range

$122,900.00 - $207,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
