Project Summary: The Defense Health Agency’s Network Engineers & Specialists (NE&S) program provides enterprise and site-level LAN/WLAN/WAN sustainment, cybersecurity compliance, and modernization support across more than 137 Military Treatment Facilities and 500+ remote units worldwide, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for mission-essential systems (e.g., MHS GENESIS, DMLSS, DBSS, EAS-IV). Personnel operate within the DHA Enterprise IT Services (EITS) multisourcing model alongside the Enterprise IT Services Integrator (EITSI), Capability Service Providers (CSPs), and Geographic Service Providers (GSPs) to maintain network performance, execute hardware refreshes, meet RMF, STIG, and IAVA requirements, and deliver high-availability services across complex CONUS and OCONUS operational environments.


Location: Europe Region MTFs (Germany, Italy, United Kingdom) Client SummaryDelivers enterprise network engineering, cybersecurity, and modernization support to European MTFs under DHA’s enterprise operating model.
Role Summary Regional Key Personnel responsible for advanced routing/switching, security configuration, diagnostics, and modernization initiatives; coordinates across agencies and host-nation stakeholders to maintain performance and compliance.
Required Skills ·         Mastery of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRRP, and Spanning Tree variants.·         Familiarity with European telecom standards (E1–E3).·         SolarWinds/ARMIS/Ansible proficiency for diagnostics and monitoring.·         Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS engineering and hardening.·         Documentation, modernization planning, and change enablement governance.
Certifications (Required) ·         DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Advanced level)·         CCNP·         CISSP
Experience Bachelor’s and 5 years; OR technical school and 10 years of directly related experience.
Clearance SECRET (Required) Compensation: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
