Role Summary Performs site-level troubleshooting, problem resolution, cable testing, device configuration changes, VLAN operations, and wireless support; documents activity accurately in DHA’s ITSM.
Required Skills · LAN/WAN troubleshooting using SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible.· OSI-layer fault isolation and packet-level analysis.· Cable termination, drop certification, and OTDR testing.· Edge switch, wireless access point, and serial communications support.· Accurate ticket documentation and time tracking per enterprise standards.
Certifications (Required) · DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Intermediate level)· Security+· CCNA or equivalent
Experience Bachelor’s and 2 years; OR technical school and 3 years directly related experience.
Clearance SECRET (Required) Compensation: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
