Customer Logistics and Production Planning Team Leader

Responsibilities:

> Direct communication with customers and suppliers, monitoring customer portals and ratings

> Responsible for the achievement of customer and supplier delivery performance based on the targets

> Responsible for inventory management and to maintain the targeted inventory stock levels

> Manage and control the development of the appropriate skills, processes and tools for his/her team

> Driving the roll out of the plant strategy in the area of responsibility

> Defines the department roadmap and tracks the strategic projects

> Defines the direction of existing or new tools/processes development in line with the development roadmap, Supply Chain and Plant strategy

 

 

Job requirements:

> Advanced technical, logistic, or economic degree

> At least 5 years experience in logistics at a manufacturing company

> At least 3 years professional experience of process development, project and people management

> Knowledge in SAP (SD,PP,MM)

> Advanced level of English knowledge

> Proactive, self-responsible way of working with high quality standards

> Advanced leadership skills
