Customer Service Specialist with French

Your Responsibilities:

• Confirm order details with customers
• Create delivery notes
• Customer order delivery tracking
• Manage returns
• Manual order entry
• Monitor and resolve issues of EDI orders/ Overdue Management/ reporting
• Send order confirmation to customers

Your Profile:

• Education: High school/University Degree in relevant field
• Experience: +1 year experience on similar position is a big advantage, also for graduates
• Required Skills: MS Office (mainly Excel), knowledge of SAP system is advantage
• Languages: Active knowledge of French language (B2/C1 level), good knowledge of English language (B1/B2 level), Knowledge of Spanish language (B2) is and advantage
• Competencies: Good communication and organizational skills, self-motivated, committed team player, customer mindset
