WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking an experienced and creative Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging educational content that inspires customers, drives product adoption, and helps users discover "aha" moments, maximizing the value of Manychat. 

In this role you’ll design a learning curriculum, host live training sessions, develop certification programs, and continuously optimize learning initiatives based on user feedback and analytics.

3+ years of experience in b2b/b2c/SaaS/PLG in Customer Education, Customer Success, Instructional Design roles. Native English is a strong plus. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

Drive Product Activation and Adoption:

• Develop and implement strategies to educate our users on effective Manychat activation and usage.
• Analyze user feedback and data to tackle adoption barriers with targeted educational content.
• Collaborate with product teams to incorporate educational materials into the product interface.

 

Facilitate Aha Moments:

• Identify key user "aha" moments and design learning experiences to help users achieve them.
• Develop personalized learning paths for various user segments to maximize product value.
• Continuously optimize learning experiences based on analytics and feedback for greater user insights.

 

Develop Engaging Learning Curriculum:

• Create comprehensive learning paths and modules to educate users on Manychat’s features and best practices.
• Design interactive and engaging content, including videos, tutorials, guides, quizzes, and interactive simulations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

 

Launch Certification Programs:

• Develop certification programs to acknowledge Manychat proficient users.
• Define certification criteria, assessments, and preparation materials.
• Promote the programs to boost participation and showcase expertise within the Manychat community.

 

Host Regular Live Training Sessions:

• Plan and conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth live training events.
• Gather feedback for future improvements.

 

Monitor and Evaluate Learning Effectiveness:

• Define KPIs to evaluate learning initiatives.
• Analyze data and feedback to measure educational impact and find improvement areas.
• Report progress and insights to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• Strong instructional design skills: You're skilled at crafting effective learning experiences, including curriculum development, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional materials. You're proficient with learning management systems (LMS) and familiar with LXD methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and SAM (Successive Approximation Model).

 

• Creativity and innovation: Your creative thinking leads to engaging, interactive learning solutions that grab and keep users' attention. You're adept at storytelling and visual design, able to create compelling narratives and visualize concepts.

 

• Presentation and facilitation skills: You excel in delivering live training, webinars, and workshops, engaging participants, and fostering active learning.

 

• Data analysis and interpretation: You use analytics and user feedback to evaluate the impact and make data-driven improvements.

 

• Communication and collaboration: You have strong interpersonal skills, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, experts, and team members to gather input, align goals, and drive consensus.
