You will be at the forefront of maintaining high-quality content and seamless access, driving user satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, this role involves crafting and executing communications to the Talent Executive through a variety of internal channels.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span>Your key responsibilities</span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><b><span>Essential Functions of the Job:</span></b></span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>The Talent Content &amp; Channels Senior Analyst works closely with Talent functional stakeholders</span></span> <span><span>to facilitate the collection, creation and management of creative and inspiring internal content and SharePoint sites.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain access control to various channels including SharePoint access control lists, group mailing lists, Viva Engage, Shared mailboxes, etc.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Where required, work as an SMR to contribute to Talent projects that have content or communications implications, support the project team in managing downstream implications and impacts of new or changes to existing services. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Manage content within several our internal systems such as: SharePoint, SuccessFactors, Unily, and Adobe Experience Manager. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Monitor site utilization and adoption through metrics analysis and make recommendations for improvement based on those findings.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Identify relevant content for internal SharePoint sites and communications.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Work with regional stakeholders where applicable to resolve queries, as well as understand deviations and local practices that will impact global sites and incorporate this insight into deliverables.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Manage site development projects working with functional stakeholders and SharePoint site developers.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Support content governance structure ensuring ease of navigation and up to date linkage of pages within our systems.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Working closely with Talent functions and BMC, support the development and implementation of a range of communication plans and identify appropriate delivery channels including, but not limited to the EY Intranet, Daily News, SailPoint OneAccess, webcasts, shared mailboxes, newsletters and video platforms.</span></span></span
