As cyber security and compliance become top priorities, we are committed to protecting the factory floor.</p><p>We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of Secomea as they continue to grow and enter new markets. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Leading the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing and screening through to offer stage) for all business areas, including Tech, Product Management, Sales and Marketing</li> <li>Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to hiring managers, guiding them on all hiring matter</li> <li>Lead first stage screening calls with candidates, assessing for technical skills and cultural addition</li> <li>Ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.</li> </ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul> <li>Demonstrated experience of full cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech startup or scaleup </li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple job opportunities at the same time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – we use Teamtailor</li> </ul><h4>What We Offer</h4><p>Secomea fosters an inclusive and flexible work environment, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
