You will work alongside the team lead to develop innovative and strategic solutions for your Unit’s brand portfolio. You’ll be handling big strategic brands such as Marc O’Polo, and Indicode, overseeing the full assortment from Textiles to Footwear and Accessories. You are passionate about the fashion industry with all different angles. You have strong analytical skills and customer driven mindset to develop appealing assortments that will attract new customers and excite existing ones. You are fluent in commanding your KPIs and role model collaboration with the senior merchandiser, steering the seasonal budget and OTB to monitor the performance of your unit and take action accordingly</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will be responsible for the creative direction of your business unit on a seasonal basis, bringing with your entrepreneurial mindset exclusive ranges and collaborations to live that are best in class</span></p></li><li><p><span>You drive key partner strategy and have direct ownership for top accounts in your portfolio, directing the acquisition of new brands, negotiating the best terms for Zalando and identifying all levers for growth.
