About the role

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br/>Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating medical examinations, communicating with candidates and recruitment teams, and ensuring information flow within set deadlines.</p> <p>Organize and confirm appointments, and communicate medical examination results to candidates and relevant departments.</p> <p>Coordinate and confirm the employment start date; send all necessary information and documentation to relevant departments (e.g., SERMEC, SSC, Payroll).</p> <p>Manage access passes for employees and vehicles; inform relevant departments/facilities in advance about new hires.</p> <p>Prepare and send employment contracts, addenda, and compensation and benefits information.</p> <p>Finalize and dispatch onboarding reports and documentation to appropriate departments.</p> <p>Close the hiring file by sending all required signed documents and onboarding memos to SSC.</p> <p>Track and report on talent development processes (eGEDP): collect data, prepare periodic and individual reports for managers and HR.</p> <p>Upload data regarding succession plans, performance ratings, and high-potential employees to HR systems.</p> <p>Prepare various reports related to the exempt employee population and other ad-hoc reporting tasks.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br/>University degree (preferred fields: HR, Business Administration, Organization, Legal Studies, or related) or Higher Vocational Education.</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.</p> <p>Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).</p> <p>Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and SAP HR tools.</p> <p>Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.</p> <p>Well-developed communication skills and a strong customer orientation (internal and external).</p> <p>Team player with adaptability and the ability to solve problems independently.</p> <p>Demonstrates responsibility and commitment to task completion.</p> <p> </p> <p></p> ArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 16 countries.
