Cleveland Clinic Florida is looking to add a Program Manager III to the team who will support the Florida Integrated Surgical Institute. Orthopaedics and Otolaryngology will be your primary responsibilities, but you will also work within Urology, Plastics, and Breast surgery. This essential role serves the Integrated Surgical Institute’s analytics and projects for all service lines. You will be the first point of contact for templates, budgeting, mitigation, and provider business planning. While there are no direct reports, this role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively align operations, support clinical workflows, and ensure high-quality patient care across the regions.
A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM – 5:00PM, with occasional meetings which run until 6:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience
OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research
