This role sits specifically within the Front Office practice, covering Arcesium's cloud-native P/OMS for buy-side institutions and its fit in the broader front-to-back platform.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who brings deep front-office domain expertise and a natural ability to translate complex platform capabilities into solutions that resonate. If you thrive at the intersection of technical depth and commercial context, this role was built for you.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the solutioning layer of the sales process from initial discovery through to Proof-of-Concept delivery and deal close. You are the technical and domain anchor in every prospect engagement.</li> <li>Lead discovery with prospective clients. Engage directly with CTO, COO, Operations and front-office stakeholders (portfolio managers, heads of trading, CIO) to understand their investment workflows, data architecture, and strategic objectives.</li> <li>Design and articulate solutions, mapping Arcesium's platform capabilities to prospect problems, with a particular focus on the front-office workflow: portfolio management, order and execution management, pre-trade compliance, position keeping, and analytics.</li> <li>Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Scope, plan, and execute PoCs that demonstrate tangible, specific value quickly. Define success criteria jointly with the prospect
