This position is located in Port Aransas, Tx.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory tracking and reports Maintains and manages inventory processes and annual equipment certification. Identifies new equipment and coordinates documentation with inventory contacts for tagging and reporting. Responsible for coordinating with the surplus department for the proper disposition of inventoried and non-inventoried items Responsible for ad hoc projects: itemization of noninventory items for faculty and scientific staff, organization of the warehouse
  • Petty Cash Reimbursements:Responsible for processing VP2/VPEs
  • Reconciliations: Responsible for tracking endowment accounts and reporting
  • Other related functions as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or high school graduation or GED and 5 years of clerical experience
  • Computer literacy in programs such as DocuSign, Adobe, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with institutions of higher ed or nonprofit

· Experience with Define and UT applications

Salary Range
$40,000 +
