Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the execution and scaling of Armis' regional field marketing programs across the Americas. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with proven expertise in demand generation and field marketing execution who is ready to drive measurable pipeline impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity organization.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing programs that support sales pipeline acceleration. You will partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and account-based marketing initiatives that drive both opportunity volume and quality.
What You'll Do
Field Marketing & Events
Execute regional marketing events, including executive roundtables, industry conferences, partner co-marketing programs, and customer engagement activities
Manage logistics, messaging, speaker coordination, and attendee follow-up to ensure events deliver measurable pipeline impact
Support the development of premium experiences that strengthen customer relationships and generate qualified demand from key personas (CISOs, CIOs, Security Architects, etc.)
Territory & Account Support
Identify territory-level opportunities for pipeline acceleration and design targeted marketing programs to support key accounts and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with sales teams to understand regional priorities and translate them into effective marketing initiatives
Support field sales with collateral, messaging, and lead generation assets that enable sales teams to maximize territory performance
Program Management & Analytics
Define, track, and report on program-level KPIs tied to pipeline creation, lead quality, and marketing influence
Maintain detailed records of campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI analysis to support decision-making
Provide regular insights and recommendations on program effectiveness to support continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with corporate marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing teams to align regional execution with broader company priorities
Work closely with sales leadership and field teams to ensure marketing programs address evolving needs and opportunities
Communicate results, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Senior Manager and broader regional leadership team
Qualifications
What we expect
4+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record of designing and executing marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline creation and support sales team objectives
Technical acumen: Ability to market to technical and executive audiences (CISOs, CIOs, DevOps, Security Architects) and translate technical value propositions into compelling marketing messaging
Campaign management skills: Strong experience in program planning, project management, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination
Analytical capabilities: Comfort with marketing metrics, pipeline attribution, campaign ROI analysis, and data-driven decision making
Event execution experience: Proven ab
