About the role
Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in coordinating Risk and Human Capital initiatives, including audits, security vulnerabilities, infrastructure requirements, townhalls, offsites, rewards & recognition, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our organization remains on track and compliant with critical findings and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations and Technology leaders, IT GRC, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and thorough completion of open audit items, serving as the primary point of contact for audit-related communications and coordination for NA Technology
- Gather information from key stakeholders to prepare comprehensive reports that summarize the current status, highlight key findings, and outline actionable recommendations and associated action items
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and address strategic projects, promoting effective communication and collaboration
- Support the coordination and execution of various human capital initiatives, including executive townhalls, offsites, and rewards & recognition programs
- Assist in coordinating and implementing learning and development programs, leveraging training workshops and e-learning platforms to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes related to audits, risk management, and human capital initiatives, and develop and document procedural documentation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentation materials to support strategic decision making and enhance various documents
- Minimum of 5 - 9 years’ experience in program and/or project management
- Prior direct experience in risk management, business continuity and technology within insurance or financial services industry a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across matrixed organization
- Ability to execute on a broad vision as well as specific tasks
- Strong, confident, and clear verbal communications skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand business and technical knowledge
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to work independently and own their work
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to Travel up to 5%
