In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor the movement of visitors, drivers, and/or vendors entering and leaving the location, following post instructions for screening, credential checks, and documentation.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing shipping and receiving activity, reporting discrepancies, and documenting security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid commercial driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
