Job Description

Your Career

The Program Manager, Global Onboarding, is responsible for the facilitation,  development, implementation, and evaluation of onboarding and leadership onboarding programs within the Global Talent development team. As the Program Manager of Global Onboarding, you will work closely with our talent development partners and other key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning objectives, and create and facilitate effective training programs. You will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to design and develop a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with the company's goals and values.

  • Create a structured onboarding curriculum that includes orientation, training, and skill development modules.

  • Design and develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support the onboarding process.

  • Provide excellent onboarding facilitation through the delivery of onboarding sessions and workshops, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for new hires.

  • Ensuring that all operational tasks are carried out smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing administrative tasks, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop learning objectives.

  • Tracks key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. This includes analyzing financial data, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Support the system operations team in managing the learning management system and other learning technologies.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.

  • Stay current on trends and best practices in learning and development.

  • Deliver training sessions as needed, including facilitation of virtual or in-person training sessions.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, within talent development, HR, or other people organizations

  • Proven experience in facilitating training sessions, both in-person and virtually.

  • Preferred project management certification (PMP, Agile)

  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.

  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and learning management systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or considerable professional experience.
