Key responsibilities:
Support Marketing team in executing brand strategy, business objectives and key marketing initiatives.
Ensure marketing updates are communicated to the sales team on a weekly basis, including determining when a communication is needed, write it, send for approvals and submit by the weekly deadline.
Coordinate sales marketing materials, including sharing information for sell sheets, sales announcements, providing campaign imagery where needed, etc.
- Communication of campaign assets
Upload campaign photography and video to Brandfolder, tag products, organize by collection and include all relevant notes.
Manage communication to marketing team when campaign assets are complete
Select and share alt images for the web with UX team
- Coordinate marketing plans for secondary product categories in partnership with Brand Managers
Create a calendar of product launches and coordinate opportunities for marketing messages, distribute to content calendar, always on inclusions, etc.
Own the management of Sales Meeting Presentations for Kravet and Kravet Inc. brands twice a year.
Manage placement of product launch announcements in Design Center Submissions, including repurposing copy and providing images.
Research and help source potential partners for corporate initiatives, such as Sustainability and DE&I initiatives, in partnership with Brand team
Asset management for all retail websites, including uploading campaign imagery and copy quarterly
Manage showroom refresh schedule spreadsheet to plan content capture and communication
Assist with communication plans for customer acquisition/retention campaigns and customer rewards programs
Manage Content Messaging Calendar and communicate updates to Marketing team on a weekly basis
Attend Monthly production meeting and communicate launch timelines and updates to Brand Management team
Lead all photoshoot coordination from pre-shoot logistics to post-shoot budget and invoice processing.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience working in a Marketing role
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Excited and eager to learn on the job and grow into the role
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
A sense of curiosity and comfort asking questions
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Interest/knowledge in interior design and luxury brands a plus
Copywriting skills a plus
NYC Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
